where is it?

Everything happens in a private online course portal and a private Facebook Group that only current members have access to. It's where I will share all the information you need to get started, it's where group members will share their daily wins and struggles, and it's where I will hold you accountable. You will have weekly lessons to watch as well as a weekly live call for us to connect.

when are the live call workshops & how long are they?

The live workshops are on Sundays at 11:00 am EST and will have approximately 30-45 minutes of learning, with 15 minutes for questions and answers afterwards.

Hi, I'm Camille! At various times in life, I struggled to keep the weight off & tried all the fad diets. But after finding the science of macros & the sustainability of flexible dieting, I lost ~45 pounds & have managed to keep it off for many years. I can honestly say I have found my happy weight & my happy place.

I know the struggles that so many of you have, and as a Certified Macro Nutrition Coach, I help women who are where I once was: lost & confused around nutrition, holding unrealistic expectations while comparing myself to others, & struggling w/ my mindset & behaviors when it came to trying to lose weight.

I’m a slightly awkward but VERY cool 38 yr old (do the kids still say cool?🧐) I was born & raised in Jamaica w/ my 2 siblings (I’m a wash belly- a Jamaican term for the last baby!) I studied in South Florida for many years & travelled all over (I’m an explorer!) before settling in the UAE, where I’ve lived for 6 yrs. I have the sweetest 8 yr old daughter, who you’ll see mentioned as “Shadow”, as she is ever present & loves being included in everything I do!

I’m happy to be building a community where I can connect w/ you & other women around the world, to help you learn how to enjoy your cultural treats while also losing weight & taking better care of yourself. My page is a true reflection of who I am. Some days I show up fancy AF, ready to share! Other days I’m looking a lot more pop-down (Jamaican phrase for…busted?) & just doing the best I can. if i miss this one, when is the next one?

do you have a refund policy?

I am so confident in this program that I offer a client satisfaction guarantee. If at the end of the program, you can honestly say that you enacted all the strategies I taught you and you took messy action and tried your best, but leave feeling dissatisfied, then reach out to me and I will promptly send you a refund. CONFIDENT-U is my signature program that I've put my all into. These strategies I'm teaching you are the same strategies that helped me lose 45 pounds and keep it off for over 5 years. i've never tracked macros, i'm scared!

Don't be scared. This is the whole point of the group- it's an opportunity to learn and connect with people who are struggling with the same things you are struggling with. This group will give you the chance to get all your questions answered by an expert coach (me!) who is happy to share on a basic level that everyone can understand. I breakdown the concept of calories and macros to understandable terms and teach you how to use them to your advantage.

i'm not sure I can afford it- can I do a payment plan?

should i do this group or 1:1 coaching with you?

I no longer offer 1:1 coaching as I have found that running this program allows me to have a wider impact on more women, which is only possible by making the most impact with my time.

i'm traveling, what happens if i miss a workshop?

You get a great experience if you attend the workshops live, as it gives you the opportunity to ask specific questions, share how the week went, and to get live support from me. Typically I've had ~75% attendance to the live workshops, and those that attend have greater success than those that don't. The setting is extremely casual and friendly, so even if you are traveling, you can join, keep your camera off, and listen in and chime in as needed. And of course- if that doesn't work for you at all: all the recordings of the workshops are shared within 24 hours, so you never miss out.

when are the workshops?

Workshops are held every Sunday at 10:00 am EST, and will last around 30-40 minutes, with an added 15 minutes for Q&A. Each week I will teach you a new topic that will help you get stronger and more confident on your weight loss journey either around practical nutrition tips, mindset tips, or workout tips.

is there a limit on how many people can join?

Yes, each round I have a maximum number of people that can join because even though this is a group setting, I need to be able to interact on a legit basis with each of you, set your macros, and have the right amount of time to be able to address your concerns. While it would be NICE to have 100 people in the group, the quality of the group would be garbage, because I wouldn't be able to give everyone the support they really need.

how do i know this will work for me?

I've taught 230+ women my 4M Formula and they've been successfully using it to lose weight at a sustainable pace and learned to keep the weight off. I used these same strategies to help me lose 45 pounds and keep it off for over 5 years and I know that once you take the time to learn the basics of nutrition and the magic of macros, you will never again feel confused about what you need to eat to lose weight, and how to keep it off.

do i have to have a facebook account?

Yup. This is where it all happens, and listen... I get it. Facebook is kind of a cesspool sometimes.. it's where I got my first unsolicited dick pic! But! It's also a free arena that is extremely powerful and accessible and can make it easier for everyone to interact. You can even make a fake Facebook profile, and as long as you send me the name: I'll add you to the group under that fake name. Having access to the private Facebook group is where all the interaction will happen, and where the recordings for the workshops will be posted. It's also the place where every group member can ask their questions, so that everyone benefits from the same answer, as I've found that many of us are experiencing common struggles on this journey. 

will i have to make separate food from my family?

No. I will be teaching you how to make your plate differently from the rest of the family, but you will still be eating the same food. Your plate may have more protein, more vegetables and slightly less rice, depending on your goals. I will inevitably teach you some strategies to make the food healthier but still delicious, which will benefit the entire family. But no, you will still be eating the same, real food, that your family eats. 

when is the last day to register for this round?

Registration for this round of CONFIDENT-U closes on TBD. I want to encourage you not to sleep on this. While there is no wrong time to invest in yourself and your future, the time is going to be passing anyway. What are you waiting for exactly...?
