  • What is your turnaround time for design projects?
    It depends! For a relatively simple branding and website package, it can take up to 3 weeks depending on responsiveness of client communication.
  • Do you build websites in any platform?
    It depends on your business needs. I build websites in Squarespace, Wix, Showit, Wordpress, Shopify, Kajabi and Teachable. If you have a specific platform you’d prefer your site to be built on, DM me and we can discuss! If you have an existing site on one of these platforms, the redesign can be done in it!
  • Can I see work that you've done before?
    Absolutely! Click below to see some of the most recent designs we've produced for clients
  • Do you offer revisions or changes to the initial design?
    Yes, to an extent. My packages offer 1-2 revisions depending on details and additional revisions after that point will be chargeable.
  • Do you offer designs for social media?
    Yes- my brand packages include custom social media templates to specifically help you show up on socials in a more cohesive way immediately. I specifically confirm which templates you need most & produce those!
  • How do I tell you what I'm thinking for my design preferences?
    When we start working together, there is a questionnaire you submit that asks the leading questions that will give me a better understanding of your design preferences.
  • Are there any extra costs that will slap me in the face...?
    There may be additional costs associated with your design depending on what assets you already have. For a website you will need a domain name which is approx. $12/yr, and hosting which is approx. $3/month but may be charged for up to 3 years up front.) For branding, depending on what fonts are used, you may have to purchase them at an approximate cost of $15 per font.
  • What if I want to add additional pages or makes changes to the website 6 months after you’ve built it?
    I offer an on going, on-demand design retainer package. 5 dedicated hours of on demand monthly design support for your business. Need a new landing page for a freebie? A branded email sequence? Updates to your website? This design retainer will give you quick turnarounds to meet your on-demand design needs every month!
